Administrator Permissions and Access
Administrator access is restricted, separately protected, and granted only to approved accounts.
Overview
The administration area controls operational content and site settings. It is intentionally separated from the standard customer account experience.
Creating an iZipIMG account does not create an administrator account. Access must be authorized through the project’s secure administration configuration.
Never send an administrator password, session token, or recovery code in a support message.
Request and use administrator access safely
- 1
Confirm that access is required
Administrator access should be limited to people who need to manage the site. Read-only or ordinary tool use does not require it.
- 2
Ask the site owner
Contact the person responsible for iZipIMG administration. Support cannot grant a role without authorized approval.
- 3
Use the approved email address
Sign in with the exact account that was authorized. A personal alias or a second Google account may not match the approved identity.
- 4
Open the administrator sign-in
Use the dedicated admin entry point rather than the standard account sign-in page.
- 5
Protect the session
Do not share credentials, store them on a public computer, or leave an authenticated admin tab unattended.
Tips for a better result
Use individual accounts
Shared administrator credentials make access reviews and incident response harder.
Remove access promptly
Ask the site owner to revoke authorization when a role changes or a device is lost.
Keep recovery details current
The approved account and its mailbox should remain accessible to the authorized person.
Common mistakes to avoid
Assuming normal signup grants admin rights
Customer registration and administrator authorization are separate processes.
Sharing an admin session
Sending cookies, tokens, or passwords to another person creates a serious security risk.
Troubleshooting
A valid account is denied
Confirm the exact email address and ask the site owner to verify that it remains on the administrator allowlist with the required role.
The admin session immediately ends
Check cookies and browser extensions, then sign in again from a current browser. Contact the site owner if authorization recently changed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request admin access from my account settings?

Does an administrator use the same pages as a normal account?
