Recover a password account with a single-use reset link sent to the registered email.
Overview
Use password reset when you cannot remember the current password or suspect it should no longer be trusted.
For privacy, the request screen does not confirm whether a particular email is registered. This prevents the form from becoming an account lookup tool.
Request and complete a password reset

Open Forgot password
From Sign in, select the password recovery link.

Enter the account email
Use the exact address associated with the password account and submit the request once.

Find the newest reset message
Check the inbox and spam folder. If you requested more than one message, use the latest link.

Choose a new unique password
Open the link before it expires and set a password that you do not use on another service.

Sign in again
Return to Sign in and use the new password. Review session controls if the reset followed suspicious activity.

Use only the latest email
A newer reset request can invalidate an earlier link.
Open the link on the same trusted device
Avoid forwarding password messages or completing recovery on a shared computer.
Update saved credentials
Replace the old entry in your password manager to prevent repeated failures.

Resetting a Google-only account
If you normally use Google and never created an iZipIMG password, continue with Google instead.
Reusing the old password
Choose a new value, especially when account security is the reason for recovery.

Wait briefly, check spam, search for iZipIMG, confirm the address, and avoid sending many rapid requests.
The link is expired or already used
Return to Forgot password and request a new link. Complete only the newest request.
