Sign In to Your iZipIMG Account
Use the correct sign-in method and reach your account without exposing credentials.
Overview
Use the same method you chose when the account was created. Email accounts use a password; Google accounts use the provider's sign-in flow unless a password was added separately.
Always enter credentials on the official HTTPS address. iZipIMG support will not ask you to send a password by email or contact form.

After success, you should reach the account page or the safe page you originally requested.
Tips for a better result
Use a password manager
A manager reduces typing mistakes and helps you avoid password reuse.
Check Caps Lock
Passwords are case-sensitive, and a keyboard layout change can produce unexpected characters.
Do not share the session
Sign out when using a shared device and remove any saved credential you did not intend to keep.
Common mistakes to avoid
Using the admin login for a normal account
The admin area has a separate protected sign-in and is not a shortcut to a user account.
Trying random passwords repeatedly
Use the reset process instead of creating unnecessary failures or lockout delays.
Troubleshooting
The password is rejected
Confirm the email, check Caps Lock, then request a password reset. If the account uses Google, choose that method instead.
Sign-in returns to the same page
Allow essential cookies, disable strict extensions for a test, and try an updated browser in a normal window.
Frequently asked questions
Why am I sent back to sign in?
The session may have expired, cookies may be blocked, or the account may no longer be active. Sign in again and check browser privacy settings.
Can support tell me my password?
No. Passwords are not displayed to administrators or support. Use the secure reset flow.
