By accessing or using iZip IMG, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to visitors and anyone who uploads a file, uses a tool, or downloads a result.

iZip IMG provides online tools for compressing, converting, resizing, cropping, rotating, watermarking, and otherwise processing supported image files.

The current service provides optional accounts for email/password or Google sign-in. It does not provide subscriptions, paid plans, permanent image cloud storage, or file-sharing features.

You may use iZip IMG only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the service only with that permission and supervision.

You may use the available tools for lawful personal or business purposes, provided that you have the necessary rights to the files and follow these Terms and applicable law.

Please use the service responsibly. You must not use iZip IMG in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive.

You are responsible for every file you submit and for the instructions you give the tools. You confirm that you have the legal right and all permissions needed to upload, process, and download that material.

Do not submit files containing illegal material, malware, content that infringes another person's rights, or content whose processing would violate a duty of confidentiality or applicable law.

You retain ownership of your uploaded files and resulting files. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to iZip IMG.

You authorize the service to receive, decode, transform, and return a file only as needed to perform the tool action you request.

Depending on the tool, processing occurs in your browser or through an iZip IMG server route. Server-side uploads are held in memory for the request and are not persisted by the application to permanent storage or a user-accessible file area.

The application does not provide a storage duration because it does not create a permanent file record. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary transient request data as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of every original and result you need.

The iZip IMG name, website design, software, text, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for normal use of the tools, no right to copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute those materials is granted.

Rights in third-party libraries, names, and materials remain with their respective owners.

The service may rely on hosting, browser, or software providers and may link to third-party websites. iZip IMG does not control external sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Review the terms and policies of a third party before using its services.

iZip IMG is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security work, technical faults, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt or limit access.

No particular uptime, processing speed, output quality, file compatibility, or continued availability is guaranteed.

Tools, formats, limits, interfaces, and features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise that a particular feature will remain available.

The Privacy Policy explains how iZip IMG handles files, device preferences, contact submissions, and technical data. The Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by the site.

Please read both policies before using the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iZip IMG is provided as is and as available, without promises that it will meet every requirement or produce an error-free result.

You should inspect downloaded files and keep backups before relying on a result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic loss arising from use of, or inability to use, iZip IMG, including loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or expected savings.

Liability is not excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful use of iZip IMG, your files, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to cover a loss caused by the site operator's own unlawful conduct.

Access may be blocked or limited when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal rights, or service security, or when these Terms are materially or repeatedly violated.

An account may be suspended or deleted where these Terms permit. Account deletion is permanent and removes linked sign-in methods and active sessions. The service does not maintain an account balance or stored image library to recover after access ends.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, law, or operating practices. The revised page will show a new last-updated date.

Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means that you accept them. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service.

No specific governing-law jurisdiction is stated because verified operator jurisdiction information is not currently published. Applicable law and any competent forum will be determined under the mandatory legal rules that apply to the site operator, the service, and you.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or other rights that must apply regardless of a contractual choice of law.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing your use of iZip IMG. They replace earlier statements about the same subject, but do not replace any rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
